What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Idaho or compact state) Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team Knowledge of long-term care regulations (or willingness to learn) A heart for seniors and a passion for excellent nursing care Your next great role is right here in Burley.
