Registered Nurse Full-Time Day Shift

Job Overview:

• Hiring for day shift 6am-6pm
• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing assessment of patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and implement patient care plans
• Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems
• Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
• Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
• Administer botulinum toxin treatments as directed by physicians

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Idaho
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
