Job Description
Idaho Fertility Center is hiring a full-time IVF Coordinator-RN to join our team! This is an opportunity to work in the innovative and exciting field of fertility and join an extraordinary and committed staff. Salary is based on experience. This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Coordinate treatment plans for patients completing in vitro fertilization (IVF) and frozen embryo transfers (FET). Educate patients on the proper administration, dosing, and timing of fertility medications used during treatment cycles. Coordinate medication orders, pharmacy refills, and delivery of fertility drugs ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. Assist providers with procedures and start IVs. Perform intrauterine inseminations (IUI). Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares patients for exams and ultrasounds. Perform transvaginal ultrasounds on patients undergoing fertility treatment. Training will be provided. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics.
