Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of one year of current Cath Lab RN experience ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, procedural settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, and other cath lab procedures Collaborate closely with cardiologists, technologists, and other team members Monitor patient condition and response to interventions Maintain precise documentation following hospital protocols Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations Adhere to strict infection prevention and patient safety standards
