St. Luke's Meridian Emergency Department is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nurse Apprentice to join our team.

• What you can expect from this role Full-Time Openings 0.9 FTE ; 3 × 12 hour shifts per week Perform various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Shift differential pay offered for Nights and Weekends Eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement to pursue nursing education
Qualifications:
CNA Licenses/Certifications:
Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice American Heart Association ( AHA ) BLS Provider certification

Nurse Apprentice Licenses/Certifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be enrolled in an accredited school of nursing ( ACEN , CCNE , or CNEA accreditations)
Experience:

Licenses/Certifications:
Nurse Apprentice Letter OR Nursing Intern Letter from the State Board of Nursing . The Nurse Apprentice is able to remain in the Nurse Apprentice position following graduation while awaiting RN or GN Licensure or 90 days, whichever comes first. Current Basic Life Support ( BLS ) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
