Unit Overview As a NICU Registered Nurse at St. Luke's Meridian, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our most vulnerable patients—newborns requiring intensive medical attention. We're proud to be a Six-Time Magnet Designated Recipient for nursing excellence! You'll provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature infants in a 13-bed Level
IIB NICU
setting, collaborating with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. What you can expect from this role 0.9 day shift available Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., RNC-NIC, RNC-MNN) Continued education/certification opportunities Adhere to AWHONN standard staffing ratios (1:2-3) Sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing Experience:
1+ years of RN experience preferably in
NICU Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red
