Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week What You'll Be Doing Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex medical conditions Monitor and assess critically ill patients while responding quickly to changes in patient condition Administer and titrate critical care drips safely and effectively Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, tele techs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Utilize critical thinking and emergency response skills in high-acuity situations Maintain accurate patient documentation using
