St. Luke's Elmore is a small critical access hospital located in Mountain Home, ID, just a short commute from Boise. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg team. This unit provides care for a diverse range of general medical patients. In addition to its core responsibilities, the unit also cross-trains with Women's Services, offering care to postpartum patients and newborns. What you can expect from this role

Schedule:

Full-time Nights (7p-7a)

Professional Development :

Cross-trains to Women's; additional opportunities to train to

ED and Surgery Patient Population :

Newborns to eldery

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio :

1:4-5

Unit Capacity :

15 beds

Additional Pay :

Differential pay

Qualifications Education:

Associates or Bachelors Nursing Degree Experience:

1 year of RN experience

Licenses/Certifications:

Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current BLS Certification Why St.
