This is a full-time, in-clinic role with a fixed weekly schedule . You will be the primary nurse at this location, responsible for delivering a high-quality, patient-focused experience in a calm, professional environment. This is not a high-volume hospital setting . We focus on quality over quantity , giving patients a personalized and comfortable experience while providing IV therapy and wellness treatments. Compensation Base salary starting at $50,000+ (based on experience) Tipped position (averaging ~$1,000/month) 10 PTO days annually Health insurance access available (employee-paid) Schedule (Fixed)

9 AM•4 PM Days off: Tuesday & Saturday You are expected to be present during scheduled hours regardless of daily appointment volume. Responsibilities Start IVs independently and administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies Administer IM injections Monitor patients during treatments and ensure safety and comfort Educate patients on services and confidently recommend treatments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic Stock supplies and manage inventory Handle front desk duties including check-in and checkout Open and close the clinic daily File paperwork and maintain records Assist with preparation for mobile appointments Operate and maintain infrared sauna equipment What We're Looking For Strong IV skills — must be confident starting IVs independently Experience with IM injections Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Comfortable educating and guiding patients through services Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the clinic This Role is NOT for You If You are not confident starting IVs on your own You are looking for a per diem, PRN, or side job You prefer a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment You are not comfortable with both clinical and operational responsibilities Required Qualifications Active Illinois RN license or Paramedic license IV insertion experience IM injection experience Screening Questions How many IVs have you personally started? How confident are you starting IVs independently? How much experience do you have with IM injections? Are you comfortable with a fixed schedule and in-clinic responsibilities?
