Travel Interventional Radiology (RN)

Key Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of two years' experience in interventional radiology or a comparable acute care setting Strong clinical assessment, IV insertion, and monitoring skills required Proficiency in supporting interventional radiology procedures, contrast administration, and patient recovery Current certifications in BLS and ACLS Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities Willingness to work as part of a dedicated healthcare team

Schedule/Hours:

Contract position; specific shift hours and duration to be discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, expert nursing care to patients before, during, and after IR procedures Monitor patients for any signs of complications and respond effectively during emergencies Support physicians and technologists throughout complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Prepare and educate patients and families regarding upcoming procedures and expected outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards Foster a positive patient experience by offering compassionate and individualized care
