Registered Nurses

- You have a current unrestricted RN Nursing license in the state of Illinois?
- You have at least 1 year of Experience on your license?
- You have Infusion Experience?
- You have a valid Negative TB Test, CPR Certification, & Work Physical?
- You have a valid Driver's License, Vehicle with Insurance, & can you reliably commute to this Job's Location?

Nurse's Preferred Experience:
- Peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV Infusion Therapy, Pick-lines, Port Access, Injections, and self-infusion training
- Home Care or Home Health experience preferrd Job Duties!
- Infusions in the home environment
- Perform nursing care as defined by the client's individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state's nurse practice act
- The nurse monitors the patient's condition and notifies appropriate personnel of any changes
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
