Key Responsibilities:

Provide and oversee comprehensive nursing care for long-term care residents Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications:
