Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Prior experience with invasive cardiac procedures is highly desirable
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and respond quickly to emergent situations Administer medications and safely manage sedation under protocol Ensure sterile technique is maintained in the laboratory at all times Educate patients and families on procedure details and post-care instructions
