What You'll Do Provide RN-level assessment, oversight, and interventions for residents during the night shift. Complete medication passes with precision and care Respond to emergencies with calm confidence Support CNAs and be the go-to leader for the night crew Document like a pro-clear, accurate and on time.

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license (Illinois) in good standing Someone who's cool under pressure, steady in emergencies, and compassionate always A nurse who knows night shift isn't just "slower"

m. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job Must successfully pass background and drug screen
