Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing med spa team. In this role, you will play an integral part in helping clients enhance their confidence and achieve their aesthetic goals through advanced cosmetic treatments and personalized care. Tuesday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments and services within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with Massachusetts regulations, established treatment protocols, and company policies Conduct client consultations and assessments by: Reviewing medical histories Evaluating treatment candidacy Explaining procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions Recommending appropriate treatment plans based on client goals and provider guidance Administer and/or assist with aesthetic procedures including: Cosmetic injectables Stem Cell Hair Restoration treatments Body contouring and skin tightening treatments B-12 injections and Vitamin IV therapy Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and client charts Adhere to all infection control, sanitation, HIPAA/privacy, and patient safety standards Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory supplies to support efficient clinic operations Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, professional, and client-centered experience Assist with scheduling, client follow-up, and front desk support as needed Utilize electronic scheduling and charting systems Support client education, treatment retention, and appropriate retail or service recommendations while maintaining ethical sales practices Collaborate professionally with medical providers, nurses, technicians, and leadership team members Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and advance clinical competency Qualifications & Requirements Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois required Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; aesthetic nursing or cosmetic treatment experience strongly preferred Experience with or willingness to be trained in: Cosmetic injectables PRP/scalp injections Body contouring and skin tightening Laser treatments Vitamin injections and IV therapy Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency with electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Commitment to professionalism, ethical patient care, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance Additional Information This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain all applicable professional licenses, certifications, and necessary coverage. All procedures performed must remain within the legal scope of nursing practice under Massachusetts law and any applicable medical oversight requirements.
