Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in EP Lab or related cardiac nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient with EP lab technology and cardiac monitoring equipment Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities Adaptability and strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct and support patient care before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures Monitor patient status and respond promptly to clinical changes Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses Document care meticulously in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards Promote patient comfort and education throughout the procedural process
