RN Pay:

$32.00 - $34.00/hour

LPN Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00/hour

Experience Pay:

+$0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)

Schedules Available Full-Time Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Full-Time Night Shift:

What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Lead, support, and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families What We're Looking For Active RN or LPN license in good standing Strong clinical and assessment skills Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach At Fairview, our residents are family.
