Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (exact shift details provided upon interview)
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license, valid in the state of Illinois At least one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
BLS/ACLS
certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
Monitor patients on telemetry, recognizing and responding to early signs of complications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, document patient status, and provide patient and family education Maintain accurate records and uphold best practice standards in patient safety
