We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and well-being in the workplace. This role is responsible for delivering on-site nursing care, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
What You Will Do:
Provide on-site nursing care to support employee health and workplace safety Assess, respond to, and document workplace injuries and illnesses Investigate accidents and identify potential health or safety hazards Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations Deliver health education and safety awareness programs to employees Assist in developing and coordinating individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace health initiatives Support continuous improvement of occupational health programs and processes
What You Have:
Education/Experience:
Accredited Registered Nurse (RN) degree Current state RN license Current CPR/First Aid certification Experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or related field Skill #1: Interpersonal Relationships Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams Skilled at resolving conflict and influencing stakeholders Skill #2: Medical Record Keeping Expertise in maintaining accurate, compliant, and secure medical records Strong knowledge of medical documentation systems and processes Skill #3: Nursing Assessment and Care Ability to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes Experience supporting diverse patient populations Skill #4: Occupational Health & Safety Compliance Knowledge of OSHS regulations and workplace safety standards Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures
What Will Set You Apart:
Prior experience in occupational or industrial health settings Experience with workplace safety programs, audits, or compliance management Familiarity with medical devices and tools used in emergency or clinical care Demonstrated ability to lead health initiatives or mentor junior staff Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and safety data Experience supporting regulatory inspections and reporting requirements
Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
