RN Pay:

$32.00 - $34.00/hour

LPN Pay:

$28.00 - $31.00/hour

Experience Pay:

+$0.10/hour for each year of experience (up to 20 years)

Shift Differentials:

Nights:

+$3.00/hour

Weekends:

+$2.00/hour

Schedules Available Full-Time Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Part-Time Evening Shifts:

With an exciting change in ownership, we are expanding our nursing team and looking for compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join us. What You'll Do Perform assessments and provide clinical care within scope of practice Administer medications and treatments as ordered Lead, support, and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/EHR systems Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment What We're Looking For Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Illinois Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to lead and work collaboratively with CNA staff Experience with EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with catheterization and tube feeding (as applicable to license) Excellent communication and organizational skills At Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation, we are committed to supporting our team just as much as our residents.
