CNA:

Assisting med/surg patients with ADL's and documenting in electronic health record, including but not limited to walking, bathing, assisting with meals, obtaining vital signs, and I & O and documentation. Employee will attend IECC RN program and advance to LPN status upon licensure and then to RN upon program completion and licensure. Will also comply with the full apprenticeship agreement. Perform nursing care to patients of all ages under the scope of IL RN license as well as the policies/procedures of CCH. Medication administration; Documentation; Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team; Electronic health record documentation.
