Compensation RN:

$32.00 - $34.00/hour (based on experience)

LPN:

$28.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience)

Night Shift Differential:

+$3.00/hour

Weekend Differential:

+$2.00/hour Schedules Available Full-Time Day Shift Full-Time Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Responsibilities Complete and document resident assessments Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset Positive attitude with a commitment to quality resident care Strong communication and leadership abilities Why Join Saline Care Nursing and Rehabilitation?
