Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse Job Summary:
As a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing and evaluating patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and progress Collaborating with therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educating patients and their families on post-treatment care and rehabilitation exercises Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records Adhering to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Qualifications and Skills:
