Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 36 hrs/week | 12-hour shifts

Pay:

$36.00 - $55.80/hour (based on experience) + night shift differential About the Role Highland Park Hospital is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to join a fast-paced, high-volume ER serving a primarily geriatric population. The ED features 15 patient rooms plus 4 fast track settings, with a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio and 120-170 patients per week. Common presentations include respiratory illness, chest pain/cardiac events, and abdominal/surgical conditions. Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care using the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Direct unlicensed assistive personnel in patient care delivery Contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experience Required Qualifications Active Illinois RN License BLS/CPR certification Minimum 2 years acute Emergency Department RN experience Preferred BSN Epic EMR experience

Weekend Requirement:
