Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Ideal Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential Experience or passion for working with a diverse K-12 student population Strong assessment, communication, and advocacy skills Ability to efficiently manage health plans, medications, and record-keeping Collaborative mindset for interacting with school professionals and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, addressing both routine and emergency health needs for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with educators and parents Conduct health screenings, immunization tracking, and preventive education initiatives Maintain accurate, confidential health records in compliance with regulations Provide guidance on chronic condition management and promote healthy lifestyle choices throughout the school community
