Job Description

Overview UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country. We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states. Responsibilities Chicago Medicine AdventHealth Heart & Vascular has a new opportunity to their growing group for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team in the western Chicago Suburbs. We have a great team…come join us! 1-3 years of APP experience in Electrophysiology experience, preferred Outpatient clinic Monday - Friday (no Saturday clinic)
Work Schedule:
4 days per week (10 hour days) Inpatient rounding; Hinsdale, La Grange and Bolingbrook Inpatient weekend rounding rotation 1:6 No weekday call requirement Excellent benefits, PTO, retirement plans, etc. Annual Salary $115K- $125K Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Master's degree of Nursing required.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
