403(b) plan Well-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care by performing rapid patient assessments, implementing critical care plans, and continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ED. Serve as the primary care coordinator across multidisciplinary emergency teams to execute physician orders, manage complex treatments, and ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient interventions. Manage the entire patient trajectory from initial triage and acute stabilization through to comprehensive discharge planning and coordination with the healthcare team. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
