Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care for our Infectious Disease office. Your expertise will help ensure patients receive comprehensive assessments, effective treatments, and compassionate support throughout their healthcare journey. Responsibilities Utilize electronic health record (EHR) Amazing Charts for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in treatment planning for the patient. Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics such as medication management, and chronic disease management. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and safety at all times. Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication management and prior authorizations. Ability to handle complex cases involving infectious disease care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient populations. Demonstrated competence in patient assessment; familiarity with triage processes essential.
Pay:
$40.00 per hour
