Clinical Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care | FT/PT/PRN Shifts Available

Countryside Care Center RehabNursing Facility is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity within our skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting the clinical needs and overall well-being of residents. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Compensation:

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour Compensation reflects total earning potential Base rate is determined by experience and benefit selections Employees who decline certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to care Ability to perform in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
