$31/hr W2 + $1,246/week ( non - taxable stipend )

Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions requiring cardiac monitoring. Responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, and coordination of care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry changes or abnormalities Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and ongoing monitoring Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and discharge care Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition promptly Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning

Required Qualifications:

Active State license of IL Atleast 2 years of experience.• Meditech experience. BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
