$32.73 - $49.09 based on experience $10,000 Sign-On for 2-year agreement and possible Relocation discussed at interview Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse providers clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift. Responsibilities Provides leadership and supervision to health care team during assigned shift. Coordinates bed and patient care assignments during shift and in preparation for the next shift to ensure consistency in care delivery Knowledge - In collaboration with Leader/Director, actively pursues required knowledge and skills through orientation activities specific to the unit, unit based in-service programs, reading current literature and seeking new clinical learning opportunities. Relationships - Establishes effective working relationships with peers, physicians, and other members of the health care team. Identifies and confers with appropriate resources regarding patient care decisions. Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnosis, problems, and issues. Plans and evaluates care in collaboration with appropriate disciplines for assigned patients Submission Requirements ADN [Required] ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support W/I 90 Days BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Experience with Med/Surg strongly preferred [
