Weekly pay via direct deposit Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Additional perks: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success, licensure and certification reimbursements What You'll Do Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans Implement and document nursing interventions accurately Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans Maintain compliance with all healthcare standards and protocols What You Need Valid Illinois RN license BLS certification (or higher) preferred Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations About the Assignment This assignment takes place in a reputable healthcare facility in Mattoon, IL, offering a supportive environment for nursing professionals seeking to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
