Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
BLS/ACLS
certification (AHA) Strong critical thinking and monitoring skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for diverse patient populations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Respond swiftly and confidently to changes in patient status Administer medications and support interventions as indicated Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report findings clearly Document patient data accurately in electronic health records
