This position focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering exceptional care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.

Pewter grey scrubs (provided by the nurse) Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated care to adult and geriatric Telemetry and Med Surg patients. Monitor cardiac rhythms, manage cardiac drips, and oversee post-surgical cases. Supervise CNAs, SNAs, or other assigned healthcare workers to ensure cohesive team care. Utilize support from certified monitor technicians who manage remote telemetry monitors. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of dedicated Med Surg/Telemetry experience. Proven expertise with reading monitors, handling cardiac drips, and managing post-surgical cases.

Patient Population:

Extensive experience working with Adult and Geriatric demographics.

Licensure:

An active Illinois State RN License (required at the time of application).

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AHA) ACLS (AHA)

NIHSS Vaccination:

Must be fully
