00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you currently hold an active and unrestricted Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license? Do you have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)? What is your current distance or commute time to New Lenox, IL (Chicago metropolitan area)? How many shifts per week are you available to commit to on a consistent basis? Do you have previous travel nursing experience? If yes, please briefly describe your experience. Do you have recent experience caring for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, and post-operative nursing care? Are you currently compliant with COVID-19 and influenza vaccination requirements? Which shift are you interested in working: Days, Nights, or Both? If selected, you will be required to complete the hospital's credentialing process. Are you able to provide the necessary health and immunization documentation, including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB screening/testing, and a current physical examination?
