Residential Services:
Full-Time Oak Park, IL Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Nursing RN License Mid-level RN experience Driver's License Working with children Child protective services Bachelor of Science in Nursing Pediatrics Working with individuals with mental health conditions Bachelor's degree in nursing Leadership Interdisciplinary behavioral health coordination Communication skills Child welfare Full Job Description Hephzibah Children's Association's Residential Services Program is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary medical liaison between the program and outpatient psychiatric providers and pharmacies. You will provide clinical consultation and participate in an on-call rotation to support 24-hour residential operations.
Requirements include:
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license required; BSN preferred. Minimum of three (3) years professional nursing experience; pediatric, behavioral health, or residential experience preferred. Experience working with DCFS-involved youth or in child welfare settings preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid documentation requirements preferred. Ability to use sound clinical judgment in a variety of medical situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to work independently. Must hold a valid Illinois driver's license and DCFS Child Care clearance.
