The Aesthetic Nurse will play a key role in delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments, enhancing patient confidence, and supporting overall skin health. This position requires advanced clinical skills, a strong aesthetic eye, and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients while providing exceptional care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient consultations, including skin assessments and medical history reviews to determine appropriate aesthetic treatments. Administer cosmetic procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive treatments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's aesthetic goals. Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedure care, and realistic expectations. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of medical products and supplies. Monitor patient outcomes and provide follow-up care to ensure satisfaction and safety. Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to deliver optimal aesthetic results. Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols within the treatment environment. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine. Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant state credentials. Proven experience in aesthetic nursing (minimum 2 years), including injectables and skincare treatments. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic injection techniques. Excellent consultation and patient relationship-building skills. High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and symmetry. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in aesthetic medicine.
