School Registered Nurse

Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential preferred or in progress Experience in a school or pediatric nursing setting strongly desired Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for students Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, first aid, and emergency interventions to students and staff Manage chronic health conditions and administer medications as prescribed Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students Collaborate with educational staff, families, and physicians as needed to support student health Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention Monitor and address communicable disease outbreaks in accordance with public health guidelines This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment where your expertise and compassion make a measurable impact every day.
