Maintain strict adherence to sanitation protocols and safety standards throughout all procedures to ensure a sterile environment. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations to maximize satisfaction and safety. Promote additional services such as skincare treatments, laser therapies, or cosmetic procedures through effective upselling and product demos. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements by participating in ongoing training and professional development. Skills Proven experience in aesthetic nursing or med spa environments with expertise in botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, medical safety standards, and infection control protocols.
