You will:

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes promptly Perform nursing assessments within LPN scope Document care and observations in the electronic health record Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team Provide guidance and support to caregivers and med techs Help ensure residents' safety, dignity, and well-being This role is ideal for nurses who value relationships, teamwork, and meaningful resident care.
