To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license. Prior Nursing expericence. Woundcare Nursing Experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate! As a Woundcare Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Palos Heights by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents.
