Nights Duration:

13 weeks with possible extensions

Pay:

Up to $2,600 Weekly Responsibilities Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Provide education on medication regimens, discharge instructions, and health coaching tailored to individual needs. Assist with triage in urgent or emergency situations ensuring prompt assessment and intervention. Support patients with complex conditions including those requiring hospice & palliative medicine or long-term care services. Maintain infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all clinical procedures. Participate in discharge planning, case management activities, and coordination of post-hospitalization care.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.
• Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English.
• Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser.
• Multicultural sensitivity.
• Critical thinking skills using independent judgement in making decisions.
