Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs Administer medications and track patient responses Maintain accurate medical records and charts Assist with procedures (IVs, dressings, catheterization) Educate patients and families on care plans

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Active state RN license Minimum 2 years of RN experience Familiarity with EMR systems preferred
