Job Description

We are searching for a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care within a LTC facility in Petersburg, IL. Also available for LPNs if interested. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will deliver comprehensive patient assessments and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, comfort, and dignity for our residents. About the
Job:
Travel or local contract available (if travel ask about rates) Weekly Schedule is M-F 5x8 with a weekend rotation Overtime available with overtime pay Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments. Manage complex care plans for residents with chronic conditions. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor residents' responses to treatments and adjust nursing interventions accordingly to optimize health outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL At least one year of experience in LTC within the last two years. BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Point Click Care Patient Ratio:
1:18-1:22 on days, 1:35-1:40 on nights
Pay:
$1,720.00 - $2,040.00 per week
