Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care within a long-term care environment supporting resident safety, medication administration, assessments, and care coordination. Provide patient assessments and direct care Administer medications and treatments Support resident safety and care planning Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and charting Support a positive patient-centered care environment

Requirements Summary:

RN License in IL 1year experience in LTC or Rehab Current BLS certification
