Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered RN license. Demonstrated expertise in telemetry nursing. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in a Telemetry or similar acute-care setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous monitoring and evaluation of cardiac patients. Accurate interpretation of telemetry strips and recognition of cardiac rhythms. Promptly responding to changes in patient conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. Administering prescribed medications and treatments while observing for side effects. Recording observations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital protocols. Educating patients and families on cardiac conditions and ongoing care needs. Maintaining a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for all patients.
