1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring at least 2 years of endoscopy experience, Epic proficiency, and an active IL RN license. Details Hospital/medical center GI/Endoscopy unit setting Multiple facility locations available, including Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 trauma centers depending on site Epic EMR required Requirements Active IL RN license required at time of consideration; IA RN license (single-state or compact) also required — may be pending at start with proof of application provided Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS Minimum 2 years of endoscopy/GI nursing experience required Hospital or medical center experience required Epic EMR experience required BSN degree preferred At least one completed travel contract preferred One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years required Driver's license required for consideration Must not have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months Additional Information Candidates must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for standard travel rates Travelers are required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving Time-off requests during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday windows are limited to 1 day per period First-time travelers are not preferred; at least one prior travel contract is recommended
