Job Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Day shift, 8-5 M-F. You will work at the UW Health Spring Brook Rd. Clinic in Rockford, IL. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Computer experience. Required 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required Bi-annual CPR certification.
