RN-Med surg | Full time

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit on a Direct Hire basis. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Med-Surg experience who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Important Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required New graduates will not be considered Must have Relief Charge Nurse experience Candidate cannot have applied directly with OSF within the last 2 years Minimum 1 year Med-Surg experience required

Shift Differentials:

Nights:

+$4.00/hour

Weekends:

+$3.25/hour

Sign-On Bonus:

$20,000 commitment bonus with 2-year agreement

Yes Monitor Technicians (MTs) read strips RNs are responsible for signing off on strips during shifts
