Part-Time We're Not Hiring a Clock-Puncher. We're Hiring a Growth-Minded Nurse Injection Specialist At Oakbrook Advanced Aesthetics , we're not just filling lips and softening lines — we're creating transformational client experiences that keep people coming back and raving to their friends. We're looking for a Registered Nurse Injector who isn't afraid to think beyond the treatment chair. This isn't a "show up, inject, go home" job. What You'll Actually Be Doing (beyond injections): Grow your own following + clientele — we'll support you, and bring in clients but you've got to show up online, offline, and everywhere in between. Hit your KPIs — we track booking percentages, client retention, and cross-booking into other services. Growth matters. Transform, don't transact — every client should feel cared for, educated, and connected, not just "sold to." Book & host 1 private event per month — parties, pop-ups, or collabs. Your role includes generating buzz and leads for the future. Follow-up like a pro — you're responsible for checking in, nurturing relationships, and keeping clients engaged.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a licensed RN who has completed an accredited injector training program. Even if you're newer in your journey, that foundational training is a must before joining our team. From there, we'll support your growth, mentorship, and help you refine your craft. Obsessed with aesthetics, wellness, and delivering natural, confidence-boosting results. Business-minded — you see this as building your own brand inside of ours. Socially savvy — you're comfortable in front of the camera, building relationships on social media, and engaging with clients outside of the treatment room.
